Any advice on how or when should I prioritize using them? 15x 20k exp, 115x 5k exp, 21x 1k exp, and various character level up materials (don't know how to use these). As for weapon exp currencies there's 20x 10k exp, 77x 2k exp and 48x Flower-HP, Feather-Atk, Goblet- Elemental atk, Timepiece-ER/Atk, Circlet-CritDmg. With at least 6% substat on each you could get 30%, which is fine.
